We only obtain our stock from reputable suppliers in U.S. We also do not, in anyway, use or try the items that we ship out to our clients. That is why we will NOT entertain refund/return requests due to buyer's impression that item is FAKE or USED.
Once the client receives the payment details, we will allow two working days for the settlement of payment. If the client fails to settle the payment after two working days of receiving the payment details, orders will be automatically rejected.
Client cannot modify or cancel an order if it is already in courier's possession.
Seller will not be liable with the delays caused by the courier especially during peak season.
An order is considered complete when the client notifies the seller that order is already received or 10 working days after ship out date, whichever comes first.
