Delivery Information

Order status

new - Orders received with complete details (name, shipping address, contact number, item/s, payment method) will be tagged as new.
processing - Once the seller acknowledges the new order, status will be changed to processing. This is when we wait for orders to be paid. We will allow two working days for the settlement of payment.
payment confirmed - Order status will be changed to payment confirmed after the seller has verified the payment. Packing and delivery scheduling of the order will follow immediately.
shipped - After the courier has picked-up package, order status will be changed to shipped. Tracking number will be emailed to the client.
completed - An order is considered complete when the client notifies the seller that order is already received or 10 working days after ship out date, whichever comes first.
rejected - Orders will be rejected if the buyer fails to settle the payment after two working days from the day that the order is placed.
